Leaving the District?
Any data you have in your Google Account will be deleted August 1. If you wish to "take" any of your Google data with you, please visit the Data Liberation Front for details on how to move your data out of your school Google account.
This video may help with the Google Takeout process. Updated directions: after selecting your account, click Account on the left side and select Download your data. Follow the directions in the rest of the video.
Announcing the Summer Tech Challenge!
The Summer Tech Challenge is a series of 10 challenges and a final project designed to give you tools for your own professional development and tools you can use with your students next year. The Summer Tech Challenge is all online with no face to face sessions. You can complete the challenges in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace and at your leisure! You can earn up to 15 points of professional growth for completing the entire challenge.

Professional Growth for #nebedchat
Did you know that you can receive Professional Growth points for participating in the #nebedchat Twitter chat? Join in on the chat every Wednesday from 8pm-9pm. If you have five tweets in one chat, tweet @mickie_mueller to verify your participation. Once she verifies your tweets, she will email you confirmation of your participation. You can then submit the Professional Growth paperwork. Five tweets in one #nebedchat will get you one Professional Growth point.

Professional Growth for Panther Pinners!
Help us build resources for all teachers by joining Panther Pinners! These Pinterest boards will be developed and maintained by NPS teachers. Pinterest is a fantastic resource for all kinds of teaching ideas. Never been on Pinterest? Check out our Panther Pinners boards.
To be a Panther Pinner, follow the Panther Pinner boards and request access to pin to the boards here. After you fill out the request access form, you will be invited to pin to the district boards. Accept the invitation and you will then have access to the district boards through your Pinterest account.
If you wish to receive Professional Growth points for pinning to the district boards, keep track of your pins using this spreadsheet. When you have 20 pins, share the spreadsheet with Mickie. Once verified you will be able to submit the Professional Growth paperwork.
